Bruntwood, a leading property management company serving the North of England and beyond, wanted to create a high-quality office space that was functional and optimised to be an enjoyable space for future tenants.
Contact One made Bruntwood’s ideal space a reality, modernising an existing office, creating a functional, aesthetically pleasing environment complete with both structural and decorative features.
The project began with a full strip-out of the existing office space, paving the way for a complete refurbishment that prioritised both practicality and design. Partitioning and glazing were introduced to create structured yet open areas, maintaining a sense of flow while defining distinct workspaces. A bespoke kitchen island was designed to add both function and visual interest. The space was finished with a carefully curated colour palette, enhancing its modern and professional feel.
Existing WC facilities were upgraded to provide a more contemporary standard, and bespoke booth seating was incorporated to offer stylish, comfortable breakout areas.
The project was completed over an 18-week period, requiring careful planning and execution. We received a design pack from Bruntwood, which we interpreted and refined in collaboration with the client to ensure the final result aligned with their vision.
Managing multiple trades on-site posed challenges, but by maintaining open communication, setting clear objectives and adhering to a structured timeline, we delivered a smooth project outcome without delays.
A standout feature was the bespoke kitchen island, which as designed became a focal point of the space, adding both style and functionality to the office.
The completed office fully aligned with Bruntwood’s initial goals, providing a transformed space that met the highest standards and balanced high-end finishes with everyday functionality.
