The build was completed according to their originally stated date, with minor alterations to the budget, and no disruption to our production process. They were very accommodating with design changes that we requested during the building process, successfully installed fume extraction and climate control systems, and fully communicated with us throughout the duration of the project. Our global director recently travelled from the US to visit the new laboratory, and was impressed by the high quality finish. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received from Contact One, and have been operating in the lovely new space for 4 months now, without experiencing any problems.
