Bruntwood, a prominent Manchester landlord, entrusted Contact One with the transformation of their existing office space at Centurion House. The project brief was clear: deliver a fit-out to the highest standard. This involved a comprehensive strip-out of the current layout and a complete fit-out tailored to contemporary workspace requirements. The goal was to revitalise the area with precision, creating exceptional finish quality and functionality throughout.
The project involved a full strip-out of the existing office space, followed by a detailed fit-out. Works included the installation of new partitions and glazing, the creation of a bespoke kitchen island, and a refreshed decorative scheme featuring striking feature colours. Refurbishment of the existing WCs was carried out alongside the addition of bespoke booth seating, bringing both practicality and visual appeal to the space.
Delivered over an 18-week timeline, the project began with a design pack provided by Bruntwood. Our team interpreted the plans and worked closely with the client to maintain the original design intention. Coordinating multiple trades required careful planning, but by maintaining open communication, setting clear objectives and working to defined timescales, the project progressed smoothly from start to finish.
The completed space delivered on the full tailored fit-out brief, with the bespoke kitchen island becoming a standout feature. The design intention was fully achieved, resulting in a complete transformation of the office. High-quality finishes throughout enhanced the overall look and feel, leaving the client impressed with both the appearance and standard of the work.
